How should I care for my embroidered items?
We recommend turning your garments inside out to protect the stitching. Follow the washing and drying instructions on the tag from the manufacturer.
How soon will I receive my order?
Our current turnaround time is typically two to three weeks, however, we are happy to help if you have a more urgent need; just ask! Please note, this does not include shipping time, but you may select expedited shipping upon checkout if needed.
Do you offer items other than what is listed on the website?
Yes, if you do not see something on the site, chances are it is already on the way or we can get it! This includes products and also specialty thread colors. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Do you embroider personal items?
We are always happy to discuss this possibility. Please email us with a picture of your item(s) and we will chat through options.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of personalized goods, all sales on items are final. We ask that you please make sure to carefully proofread all spelling and order details before checking out.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local porch pickup is available in McKinney or Richardson, Texas. Use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and include which location you prefer in the notes.
